Our fleet of professional certified truck drivers provide next day delivery to Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, Kansas and Arkansas. Daily we run 60+ delivery trucks across the region, averaging about 10,000 miles a day. We take every effort to make sure your parts are delivered on time and in superb condition.

FREIGHT CLAIMS - THE CARRIER WHO DELIVERS THE MERCHANDISE TO YOUR DOOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS AND DAMAGE. ACCEPTANCE OF THE SHIPMENT BY THE CARRIER IS ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT THE ARTICLES DELIVERED TO YOU WERE IN GOOD CONDITION AND PROPERLY PACKED WITH THE QUANTITY SHOWN ON YOUR RECEIPT. SHORTAGES - IF THE QUANTITIES DO NOT TALLY, HAVE THE DRIVER NOTE THE SHORTAGE ON THE FREIGHT BILL. SHORTAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN TWO DAYS. FREIGHT DAMAGE BY TRUCKING COMPANIES - IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY THE FREIGHT COMPANY OF ANY DAMAGE, EITHER VISIBLE OR CONCEALED. WE WILL RESHIP YOUR MERCHANDISE IMMEDIATELY, BUT WE WILL HAVE TO INVOICE YOU. FREIGHT DAMAGE BY UPS/FEDEX - IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY THEM OF ANY DAMAGE, EITHER VISIBLE OR CONCEALED. NOTIFICATION WILL START THE CLAIM PROCESS. AFTER YOU CONTACT THEM, CALL OUR OFFICE TO REPORT THE DAMAGE. WE WILL FILE THE CLAIM AND ISSUE YOUR CREDIT WHEN THE CLAIM IS CLOSED. FREIGHT DAMAGE ON OUR TRUCKS - 1. DO NOT ACCEPT MERCHANDISE THAT YOU KNOW IS DAMAGED. WE WILL REPLACE IT. 2. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE IN A TIMELY MANNER. WE WILL ALLOW SEVEN (7) DAYS FOR YOU TO NOTIFY US OF ANY DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. AFTER THAT TIME, WE MUST ASSUME THAT THE DAMAGE OCCURRED AT YOUR SHOP.
